Return & Refund Policy
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All products sold on Julion Craft are custom, handcrafted, and made to order. Each piece is individually crafted by our artisans based on your specifications.
Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, we do not accept returns or cancellations. This is because every item is made specifically for you — it cannot be resold to another customer.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at admin@julioncraft.com with your order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are covered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Send clear photos of the damage along with your order number to admin@julioncraft.com.
- We will offer a free repair, replacement, or full refund — your choice.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will remake and reship your order at no additional cost.
Color & Finish Variations
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in glaze color, texture, and finish are natural and expected. These are not considered defects — they are what make each piece one of a kind.
