How do I place a custom order?
Simply contact us or use the chat widget on our website. Tell us what you are looking for — product type, size, color preferences, and any reference images you have. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote and estimated timeline.
Can you replicate a design I saw somewhere?
We can create pieces inspired by your references, but we do not make exact replicas of other artists’ work. Each Julion Craft piece is an original creation. Send us your inspiration images and we will design something unique for you.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! We happily accept single-piece orders. Whether you want one custom hanging or fifty figurines, we treat every order with the same care and attention.
Can I see a preview before you make it?
For custom orders, we can provide a design sketch or digital mockup for your approval before production begins. This is included free with custom orders over $50.

How much do custom pieces cost?
Pricing depends on size, complexity, and materials:
- Small hangings & charms: $15–$35
- Medium figurines & ornaments: $35–$80
- Large custom pieces: $80–$200+
Each quote is personalized — you only pay after you approve the design.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via encrypted connections.
When am I charged?
Payment is collected at the time of order. This secures your spot in our production queue and covers materials. Your purchase is protected by our satisfaction guarantee.

How long does production take?
Standard custom pieces take 7–14 business days to handcraft. Complex or large-quantity orders may take longer — we will give you a specific timeline with your quote. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Why do handmade pieces vary from the photo?
Each piece is individually hand-glazed and fired. Slight variations in color intensity, glaze pattern, and texture are natural and expected. These are not defects — they are proof that your piece was made by human hands, not a machine.
What materials do you use?
All our porcelain is sourced from Jingdezhen kaolin clay — the same material used in China’s imperial kilns. Our glazes are hand-mixed from mineral pigments. Everything is lead-free and food-safe (where applicable).
How do I care for my porcelain piece?
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
- Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods
- Handle with care — porcelain is durable but can chip if dropped
- Display on stable surfaces or secure hanging hardware

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. All packages are carefully packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap, foam, and double-walled boxes to protect your piece during transit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (US and Canada). International shipping rates vary by destination.
How long does shipping take?
- US & Canada: 7–14 business days (standard), 3–5 days (express)
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 14–21 business days
Is my package insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured. If your piece arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
🔄 Returns & Guarantee
What if I do not like my order?
Since every piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund it — your choice. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my package is lost?
We will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will remake and reship your order at no charge.
